SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING CACHE DATA BY USING A CACHE REGISTER IN A MOBILE DATABASE SYSTEM

A cache management system using a cache register in a mobile database system includes a mobilecache manager and a mobile cache register. A mobile cache manager in a mobile support station manages a mobile cache that is an integration of data caches of terminals supported by the mobile support station and transmits data to the terminal in case the data requested by the terminal exists in the mobile cache. A mobile cache register in a fixed host moves the data cache from the mobile cache of the terminal to another mobile cache and instructs the mobile cache manager to approve a data item access request of the terminal.
