<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube joint device with which an operator can easily remove an error when a transportation of a cutting member is inadequate. <P>SOLUTION: The tube joint device includes first and second tube holders to hold two flexible tubes in which blood is enclosed in approximate parallel position. Each of the first and the second tube holders has first and second clamps which press the tube into a flat figure and the tube is cut by a wafer and joined between the first and the second clamps. The wafer is let out from a cassette by a paying-out member. A structure ((C) and (D)) is adopted that a bearing 172 can advance in a cut out portion 178 when the paying-out of the wafer becomes inadequate.
