<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure a leakage current of a three-terminal semiconductor light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: A first semiconductor light-emitting element (6) of semiconductor light-emitting elements (6, 7 and 8) which constitute the three-terminal light-emitting device and generate light in three primary colors is electrically connected between a connection terminal (1) for support and one connection terminal (2), the second semiconductor light-emitting element (7) is electrically connected between the one connection terminal (2) and the other connection terminal (3), and a third semiconductor light-emitting element (8) is connected between the other connecting terminal (3) and the connection terminal (1) for support. The three semiconductor light-emitting elements (6, 7 and 8) are delta-connected and one or two of the semiconductor light-emitting elements (6, 7 and 8) corresponding to a forward current, applied to the connecting terminal (1) for support, either the one connection terminal (2) or the other connection terminal (3), thereby easily enabling the measurement of the leakage currents of the semiconductor light-emitting elements (6, 7 and 8). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
