<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a production amount of gas, capable of reserving stable supply of the gas, by systematically controlling gas pressure of a trunk line against a forecasted amount of gas demand, and simultaneously making gas production cost most suitable, by reducing the cost in production plants. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, a central control room 7 executes pressure simulation of the high-pressure trunk line 10 by previously forecasting an amount of the gas hourly demanded, when a time zone in which the maximum amount of the gas demand is larger than the total gas production capacity of a first production plant 1 and a second production plant 2 exists, and then the gas is accumulatively produced by using a trunk line pack 14 to make provision for the time zone, so that the maximum amount of the gas demand are dealt with. Further, the gas production cost is reduced by accumulatively producing the gas in another time zone in which a unit cost of electric power is lowest, by using the truck line pack 14. Furthermore, the center control room 7 indicates the production amount to each of the production plants by considering the production cost and selecting the amount from proposed values, so that the gas is produced in the most suitable production amount by reducing the production cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
