<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic liquefied fertilizer which can obtain the high quality organic liquefied fertilizer by dissolving a solid state or a powder state organic fertilizer in a liquid medium such as water and the like certainly. <P>SOLUTION: After the solid state or the powder state organic fertilizer is charged into a mixing tank 1 where water is stored as a prescribed amount of a liquid medium, air whose oxygen concentration is increased by a oxygen enriching membrane is supplied in the mixing tank 1 for aeration and stirs the water in a prescribed time and then the organic liquefied fertilizer is obtained.
