PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high speed processing by shortening a transfer time of articles in a hopper, a hopper unit and a combinational weighing device. SOLUTION: Hopper devices 1i(2i) receive the articles M1(M2) from upward to be discriminated and stored so as to discharge them downward. The hopper device comprises a hopper body 10, including a sidewall 17; a partition member 14(24) for partitioning a space formed of the side wall 17 of the hopper body 10; and a turning means 16(26) for making the partition member 14(24) turn. The articles M1(M2) are received simultaneously and are discharged in parallel by means of turning in one direction of the partition member 14(24). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
