PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display control unit which is small in circuit scale. SOLUTION: The image display control unit 103 which is small in circuit scale is equipped with: an image state detection part 120 which detects the state of an image from an image signal by using a resource unit 610 of a resource part 132; an image signal conversion part 140 which converts the image signal according to the state of the image detected by the image state detection part 120 by using the resource unit 610 of the resource part 132; and a resource control part 131 which allocates the resource unit 610 of the resource part 132 to the image state detection part 120 and image signal conversion part 140 according to the counted number of an operation clock outputted from a clock part 135.
