PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating press-in steel-pipe pile in which cost is not wasted and a torsional buckling by a torque in the case of a rotating press-in is prevented. SOLUTION: In the rotating press-in steel-pipe pile reinforced to the torsional buckling and constituted by joining a plurality of single pipes, at least one reinforcing disks or reinforcing doughnut-shaped plates are positioned internally at every single pipe configuring the pile for preventing the torsional buckling of a pile body by the revolving torque working to the pile body in the case of the execution of works of the pile. The reinforcing disks or the reinforcing doughnut-shaped plates are installed previously in the single pipes by a welding. When the single pipes are welded and joined mutually during the execution of works of the pile, the reinforcing disks or the reinforcing doughnut-shaped plates are mounted in the single pipes.
