PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for estimating application quality capable of accurately evaluating subjective quality of an application independently of a network environment. SOLUTION: The system for estimating application quality includes a means 32 for adjusting a network parameter of a pseudo network to reproduce a real network environment; means 33, 34 for executing an application being an evaluation object on the pseudo network and obtaining the application quality and the network quality by each network environment; a means 35 for creating an estimate model typifying a cross-reference between the application quality and the network quality by each network environment; a means 41 for storing a plurality of estimate models; a means 42 for selecting any of a plurality of the estimate models; a means 44 for executing the application on the real network to obtain the network quality; and a means 43 for estimating the application quality based on the estimate model and the network quality.
