PURPOSE: A multi-functional vehicle air conditioner is provided to make an anion together with the smell of an aromatic diffuse throughout the room while removing a mold smell and to keep the room of a vehicle in a delightful atmosphere, by arranging the aromatic to the suction port side of the air conditioner and installing an anion producer to the vent inlet side. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional vehicle air conditioner comprises a fragrance-producing part arranged to the suction port side of a blower unit(200), and an anion-producing part installed between mode doors(510) formed to a discharge port(720) of an outer body(700). The fragrance-producing part comprises a bracket arranged to the upper part of a blower case(240) and an aromatic storage body the lower end of which is inserted into the bracket. A refill cover is detachably mounted on the top of the aromatic storage body. A guide member having vent holes is connected to a suction port(710), on a side of the aromatic storage body. The anion-producing part comprises a case inserted between the outer body and the discharge port, plural electrodes arranged inside the case, and a cable connected to a battery to supply power to the electrodes.
