PURPOSE: A driving circuit of an LCD device is provided to change a reference voltage by varying a feedback voltage according to a frequency of a reverse driving signal, and to vary an output voltage to drive at certain gray scale, thereby preventing the gray scale from being changed by a reverse driving frequency of an LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel(55) has a matrix-type pixel area where gate lines(51) and data lines(53) are crossed each other. A data driver(57) inputs data signals to the data lines(53). A gate driver(59) applies driving pulses to the gate lines(51). A timing controller(61) generates the driving pulses, and generates a load signal, the data signals, and a reverse driving control signal. A power supplier(63) supplies a necessary voltage. A gamma reference voltage portion(65) supplies a reference voltage necessary when converting digital data into analog data. A DC/DC converter(67) supplies a constant voltage to the LCD panel(55), increases/decreases the reference voltage according to a frequency of the reverse driving control signal, and supplies the increased/decreased reference voltage.
