MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NYLON LATENT CRIMP YARN HAVING MODIFIED CROSS-SECTION

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nylon latent crimp yarn having a modified cross-section, excellent elasticity, crimp rate, moisture-absorbing property and quick dry function is characterized by having excellent spinning workability. CONSTITUTION: Nylon latent crimp yarn is obtained by the steps of: using high shrinkage nylon copolymerized nylon 66 and nylon 6 as a first ingredient; using common nylon 6 as a second ingredient; adjusting composite weight ratio of the first ingredient and the second ingredient into 4:6 - 6:4; composite-spinning the ingredients through a spinning base; winding the yarn at over 3000m/minute of speed; and then drawing the yarn in a ratio of 1.1-1.5 times.
