PHOSPHORESCENT ELASTIC YARN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Phosphorescent elastic yarn is capable of distinguishing existence and absence of the same easily without regard to ultraviolet light. A manufacturing method thereof is characterized by putting strontium-alumina union to polymer or a spin oiling agent. CONSTITUTION: Phosphorescent elastic yarn is obtained by the steps of: putting and mixing 0.1-3wt.% of strontium-alumina union based on total weight of the yarn into polymer; and then spinning a mixed polymer through a spinning base. The other method thereof is as follows: preparing elastic yarn; putting 0.1-3wt.% of the strontium-alumina union based on weight of a stock solution of a spin oiling agent into the polydimethyl siloxane type spin oiling agent; and then attaching 2-7wt.% of a mixed oiling agent to a surface of the elastic yarn.
