PURPOSE: A control panel earth structure of a microwave oven is provided to prevent the control panel earth structure from being exposed to the outside and to reduce the manufacturing cost of the microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: A control panel earth structure of a microwave oven comprises a control flange(39) of a metal material disposed to the upper end of a front plate(37) of the microwave oven; a control panel(41) of an insulating material fixed to the front of the control flange; a control cover(43) of a metal material attached to the front of the control panel; and an earth bracket of a metal material installed inside the control panel. One end of the earth bracket comes in contact with a side of the control flange and the other end comes in contact with a side of the control cover.
