In the present invention, disclosed is a dynamic aeration apparatus in a rotary drum reactor (RDR), which includes an air blast system to control dynamic air blasts using the RDR for bio-drying. The dynamic aeration apparatus in a rotary drum reactor comprises a rotating drum whose one end part has a waste inlet hole into which domestic wastes are injected and the other end part has a waste outlet hole out which wastes are discharged; and an air blast system which is parallel with the central axis of the drum, comprise a plurality of discharging pipes whose length is extended in the drum and is different respectively and injects and circulates air into the drum through the waste outlet hole.
