METHOD FOR REMOVING UNREACTED GAS OF TMAC SYNTHESIS AND TMAC REACTOR THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for removing the unreacted gas of tetramethyl ammonium chloride (TMAC) synthesis and a TMAC reactor are provided to maximize the degassing efficiency of unreacted gases and to reduce batch time. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of spraying N2 with a strong pressure through a spray nozzle at the side part and lower part of a TMAC reactor. The TMAC reactor comprises a solution circulation means; and an N2 supply means which comprises a circular spray nozzle(50) which is arranged along the lower surroundings inside of the reactor and sprays N2 gas equally to the total area of the side and lower parts of a TMAC reactor. The spraying pressure of N2 is controlled by controlling the size or number of holes of a spray nozzle.
