PURPOSE: A device for measuring an infrared temperature by using a mobile terminal is provided to easily and quickly measure a temperature of a target any time and anywhere by installing a non-contact type infrared temperature sensor in a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: An infrared temperature sensor(11) detects specific wavelength energy of a measurement target in a non-contact method and outputs a current temperature as a voltage value of a proportional analog signal. An analog/digital converter(12) scales the analog temperature voltage value according to a control signal, converts the scaled analog temperature voltage value into digital data, and then, quantizes it. A memory(14) records and stores temperature data by measurement time zones according to a control signal. A controller(13) generates a control signal according to a user's request, reads corresponding temperature data from the memory(14) and outputs it. An LCD(16) displays corresponding temperature data on a screen according to a control signal.
