PURPOSE: A hemming apparatus is provided to obtain good hemming quality by moving a pressing member to an upper side of panel so that the pressing member vertically presses the panel and reduce bread down of the apparatus by reducing operation amount, thereby reducing possibility of mis-operation of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: In hemming the panel by pressing a panel stationed on a lower die by an upper frame, the hemming apparatus comprises a frame(100) which is fixed to the lower die, and to front and rear of an upper side of which stoppers(102,103) are clamped; a vertical link(110) connected to the frame by hinge(105); a supporting member(120) one side of which is connected to the vertical link by hinge(121); a rotation member(130) a central part of which is connected to the vertical link by hinge(131), and to one side of which roller(132) is clamped; a pressing member(140) simultaneously connected to the other side of the supporting member and the other side of the rotation member by hinges(141,142); a spring(150) for clamping spring fastener(101) of the frame and spring fastener(133) of the rotation member; and operating cam and return cam installed on the upper press, wherein a roller shaft(134) of the rotation member is longitudinally extended to the outer side.
