MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PAPER USING HIGH SUBSTITUTION CATIONIC GUA GUM AND SWELLING CLAY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of paper is characterized by using cationic gua gum having at least 0.17 of substitution and swelling clay, increasing yield rate and current of the paper, improving paper making workability and increasing strength of the same. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of paper is as follows: preparing paper material containing cellulose; putting 0.01-5.0% of cationic gua gum having 0.17-1.0 of substitution into the paper material based on total dried paper material; condensing the paper material; giving shear force to the condensed material to disperse the aggregation; putting 0.01-10.0% of swelling clay into the paper material to prepare suspension; dehydrating the suspension on a wire; and then pressing the dehydrated suspension with a press. Rate of the gua gum and the swelling clay is 10 : 1 - 1 : 20(w/w).
