INDUCTION GENERATOR HAVING STATOR CORE OF IMPROVED THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY

PURPOSE: An induction generator having a stator core of improved thermal conductivity is provided to improve the thermal conductivity by removing a thermal resistance element due to an air layer between a frame and the stator core. CONSTITUTION: A slot(12) and a cooling fin are formed at an inside diameter and an outside diameter of a stator core(11), respectively. A rotor core(13) and a shaft(23) are rotated in the inside of the stator core. A plurality of air holes are formed on the rotor core. A rotor air guide(15) is used for circulating the air through the air holes of the rotor core. An external case(20) is installed at the outside diameter of the stator core in order to protect the stator core from the external shock and particles. An external fan cover(22) is installed at a top end of a bearing of the shaft. An external fan(21) is installed in the inside of the external fan cover in order to guide the external air between the cooling fins of the stator core.
