FRONT-END MODULE CARRIER OF VEHICLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A front-end module carrier of a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to shorten time for inserting a bushing, reduce processes, and make the combination of the bushing and a side panel firm by easily combining the bushing to the side panel at the right position. CONSTITUTION: A front-end module carrier of a vehicle is composed of a body(1); a headlamp mounting part formed at upper both sides to mount a headlamp; a cooling module mounting part formed in the middle part to mount a cooling module; a side panel(4) installed with a bumper beam; a flange(4a) formed at a plurality of holes(4b) arranged on the side panel and extended and bent from the side panel; and a bushing(5) mounted to the outer periphery of the flange of the side panel. The end of the flange of the side panel is bent toward the bushing not to be out of the height of the busing while the side panel is combined with the bushing.
