PURPOSE: A device for softening and heating water in a bath is provided to reduce the consumption of water by keeping the temperature of water uniform. CONSTITUTION: A device for softening and heating water in a bath is composed of a suction pump(11) installed in a main body(10), a water softening unit(13) installed in the main body, and a heating unit(15). The suction pump sucks water in the bath and supplies water to the main body. The water softening unit softens the water with an ion exchange resin(27). The heating unit is installed in the main body, and heats the softened water.
