PURPOSE: A portable image recording/storing/outputting apparatus having a multi-function is provided to improve efficiency of the multi-function apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A video camera includes a GPS(Global Positioning System) navigation system(3), a TV receiver, a radio tuner(4) and an MP3(2). The video camera further includes a shock sensor(9) for sensing external shocks applied to the camera, and a vehicle information input unit(1) for receiving detect signals when a vehicle is running. The digital camera further includes an input operator(11) for changing a mode of the camera and setting and controlling each function, a touch screen LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(13), a memory(6), and a radio transmitter(12) for radio-transmitting output signals of an external output unit, a cellular phone and a PC connector.
