PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce slide resistance of a coil spring for absorbing/damping torsional vibration to other members, and to restrict deterioration of abrasion or sound vibration performance. SOLUTION: A float body 7, for absorbing/damping torsional vibration, is provided with a small coil spring 28, and a cover member 29 to cover outer side surfaces of the small coil spring.
