PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kerosene composition that has a cost, a fuel consumption and an ignition point equal to those of ordinary kerosenes, a very little smell of a kerosene itself, gives no unpleasant oily smell in handling, emits no smell when ignited and extinguished, burns well, gives out a clean waste gas on burning and an excellent storage stability, those of which have not been obtained with the prior arts. SOLUTION: The kerosene composition contains≥99 wt.% of a 7-18C n-paraffin and/or a 7-18C iso-paraffin and a 9-18C cyclopraffin and its derivative. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
