PURPOSE: A variable frequency power amplifier module is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by changing a resonant frequency of a signal selector without using an additional amplifier module. CONSTITUTION: A variable frequency power amplifier module includes an input matching unit, a signal amplifier, and an output-matching unit. The input-matching unit(50) is used for matching input impedance of an external input signal. The signal amplifier(60) is used for amplifying selectively the external input signals according to frequencies of output signals of the input matching unit and outputting the selected signals. The output-matching unit(70) is used for matching output impedance of an output signal of the signal amplifier.
