<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of easily controlling temperature and humidity, comfortably air conditioning, reducing cooler capacity, increasing energy efficiency, and reducing size. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioner comprises at least a desiccant dehumidifier 101, power driving type air conditioning equipment 121 having a refrigerant circuit 201 with at least a condenser 203 and a cooler 205, a fuel cell GS supplying exhaust heat to the dehumidifier 101 to regenerate desiccant, and a line 122 supplying outside air dehumidified by the dehumidifier 101 to the cooler 205 and supplying the air heat-exchanged by the cooler 205 to an air conditioning space 100.
