PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for supplying and receiving the customer service related to production such as characteristic information of cream solder from a service side including a maker for providing a cream solder printing machine to customers through every communications containing the Inernet when necessary.

SOLUTION: A parts packaging line 100 containing a cream solder printing machine of a user side is provided with a service receiving device 1 to be connected to a transmitting medium 60 such as the Internet to communicate between a service supplying device 2 of a service side through the transmitting medium 60 to receive or supply the information related to production such as the characteristic information of the cream solder.
