PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the heat insulating structure of a vending machine which can ensure the sealing performance in each commodity housing chamber by suppressing the number of parts and simplifying installation work. SOLUTION: The heat insulating structure of the vending machine comprises: a commodity housing enclosure having an openable door at its front and consisting of an outer box 1 made of a sheet metal and heat insulating plates 3 to 5 disposed along the inner surface of the outer box 1; and a plurality of front-opening commodity housing chambers demarcated by a vertically running heat insulating partition boards 8. A heat insulating back board 3 disposed on the back face of the commodity housing enclosure is divided into a plurality of boards complying with the plurality of commodity housing chambers.
