<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional video conference system employing satellite channels that reception stations cannot simultaneously monitor the video / audio of two points in the case that a chairman station and an utterer station make a one-to-one interactive video conference and distribute the state of conference in a nationwide scale. <P>SOLUTION: The chairman station composes the video image thereof with the video image of the utterer station and transmits the composite video image. Further, the chairman station transmits only voice thereof through an R channel and composes the voice thereof with the received voice from the utterer station and transmits the composite voice through an L channel.
