<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional testing and exhibiting device of a fuel cell power supply device for displaying each electric parameter and gas supply status in operation by connecting pipes and circuits between each component of a whole fuel cell power supply device. <P>SOLUTION: A control device, a fuel cell set, at least one load, a connecting and displaying panel, a hydrogen gas supply pipe, and an air supply pipe are provided.
