<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve battery characteristics, and suppress deterioration of charge and discharge cycle characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: Because a nonionic detergent is made to be contained in a negative electrode mixture layer 12, penetrating characteristics of the negative electrode mixture layer 12 against a nonaqueous electrolytic solution 8 is increased, and by means of appropriately impregnating the nonaqueous electrolytic solution 8 into the negative electrode mixture layer 12, because impedance of the negative electrode 4 is enabled to be made smaller, the battery characteristics are improved, and the deterioration of the charge and discharge cycle characteristics is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
