EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROL DEVICE OF VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and efficiently perform regeneration of a filter.

SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device 1 of the vehicle comprises: the filter 2; a vehicle stop detector 3; a regeneration start button 4; and forced regeneration control device 5. The filter 2 is arranged to an exhaust passage 7 of an engine 6 and collects a particulate included in an exhaust gas E. The vehicle stop detector 3 detects that the vehicle is in a stop state to output a vehicle stop signal. The regeneration start button 4 outputs a command signal which gives instruction to start control of regenerating filter 2. The forced regeneration control device 5 increases an engine speed of the engine 6 by detecting the vehicle stop signal and the command signal, and controls an operation state of the engine 6 to thereby regenerate the filter 2.
