<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a quick operating response and a smooth stable motion without upsizing of an electromagnetic coil and increasing of exciting current by reducing moving resistance and out-of-perpendicularity of a plunger. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic type actuator 201 comprises the electromagnetic coil 67, coil housings 69 and 71 retaining the electromagnetic coil 67, and the plunger 75 forming a part of a magnetic path of the electromagnetic coil 67 and interrupting a dog clutch 9 when the electromagnetic coil 67 is excited. A moving resistance reducing means having rolling bodies and securing a designated gap between the plunger and the counter member is disposed, and the plunger is movably supported to an axial direction by means of rolling of the rolling bodies while the plunger maintains a designated gap to the counter member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
