PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus by which a welding mold of the welding apparatus for forming a long belt-shaped cloth having many engaging tools attached thereto at a prescribed interval into a proper length fitting the application is readily attached and detached, and a welding pressure is equalized. SOLUTION: The apparatus for welding the belt-shaped cloth has an engaging tool attached thereto and enabling a part worn early in a chamfering part and a reinforcing seal part to be exchanged by dividing them, because when cutting chamfered parts formed at both sides of the long belt-shaped cloth by an ultrasonic oscillator 5, only the chamfering part which is a part of a portion at which the welding mold 4 contacts with the ultrasonic oscillator 5 is worn, but the reinforcing seal part is not worn. The part to be exchanged is minimized by dividing the mold to reduce cost. The exchange of the welding mold is carried out by loosening a screw for fixing a mold cover 21, slidably lifting the mold cover upward through guide grooves 22 and 24, pulling out a fixing pin 20 in the state, setting a new mold, inserting the fixing pin and slidably lowering the mold cover downward through the guide grooves to facilitate the attachment and detachment of the mold.
