PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the wearing touch of a disposable urine absorbing pad with elastic flaps. SOLUTION: The flaps 20 and 10A of the urine absorbing pad 1 have annular edge parts 40A and 40B, respectively. Elastic members 34 and 36 are attached in an extended state inside the annular edge parts 40A and 40B, separated from their respective top edge parts 39 and 17 by at least 1 mm.
