PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a rotary ball spline and improve the production efficiency. SOLUTION: The inner cylinder of rotary bearings 20A, 20B, 20C in which the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder rotate relatively through a rolling body is externally fitted on the sleeve 4 of the ball spline 1. A fixing flange 30 cylindrically forming and projecting a circular protrusion 33 toward the inside at one end of the inner peripheral wall is externally fitted at one outer cylinder of a plurality of rotary bearing externally fitted to the sleeve of a ball spline. The circular protrusion of a fixing flange is held and fixed by the outer cylinder of the rotary bearing fitted in the fixing flange and the outer cylinder of the other rotary bearing.
