PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a manufacturing cost by treating a packing sheet with printing when a strap is manufactured. SOLUTION: In the adhesive covering body manufacturing equipment wherein pasted pieces 3 of a prescribed shape such as patch members are pasted to the pasted surface of an adhesive raw tape 1A at a prescribed interval, a long adhesive covering body X wherein separate raw paper 5A and 5B for products are pasted to the adhesive raw tape 1A is formed as if to cover the pasted pieces 3 and having a cutting-out means 10 to cut out the long adhesive covering body X into the final shape of an adhesive covering body 7 and a packing means 11 to pack the adhesive covering body 7 in a pair of long packing raw sheet whole cloths 9A and 9B reeled out, a printing device 22 to treat one packing raw sheet 9B reeled out with printing is provided.
