PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet lid device preventing dust and rubbish from entering into a clearance formed between a fallen toilet lid and a case of a toilet seat box, a low tank cover, or the like. SOLUTION: A cover 10 is provided for covering the clearance between the rear edge part of the toilet lid 5A and the front edge part of the projecting part 6a of the low tank cover. The front edge part of the cover 10 is provided with a hinge part 10a and the cover 10 is vertically turningly attached to the toilet lid 5A. When the toilet lid 5A is turned upward, the cover 10 upward turns around the hinge part 10a relative to the toilet lid 5A while making its rear edge part slide along the upper surface of the projecting part 6a with the turning of the toilet lid 5A so as to allow the turning of the toilet lid 5A. When the toilet lid 5A is downward turned into a fallen state, the cover 10 covers over the clearance between the toilet lid 5A and the projecting part 6a from the upper part by the inverse operation to that in the case where the toilet lid 5A is upward turned into an erected state.
