<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a granular perfume quickly emitting aroma when desired and having such aroma-emitting property as well, good in aroma preservation stability, and seldom getting out of shape in itself and even in transporting or the like of foods/drinks containing the flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The granular perfume is obtained by the following process: A powdery perfume prepared from a raw material comprising a perfume and a vehicle is subjected to gravity-drop followed by horizontal screw transfer and then press treatment, and the resultant powdery perfume is compressed with a roller to obtain a partially melted plate-like product, which is then cooled, ground and then granulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
