PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror angle adjusting device capable of being decreased in size and weight even if having a structure that can vary a tilting angle adjusting speed of a mirror, and saving a cost. SOLUTION: The mirror angle adjusting device 10 for adjusting a tilting angle of the mirror comprises lead screws 16a, 16b formed with spiral grooves 24a, 24b on an outer peripheral portion of a longitudinal column element, engaging members 15a, 15b screwed in the spiral grooves 24a, 24b, and motors 12a, 12b rotating the engaging members 15a, 15b through gears 14a, 14b. The spiral grooves 24a, 24b have a first area with a narrow groove interval on a center part, and second areas with a groove intervals wider than that of the first area on both end sides from the center part.
