<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance vehicle, a conveyance vehicle control system, and a conveyance vehicle control method capable of reducing costs of manufacture, implementation, or the like by carrying out actions of traveling, stopping, and changing course by simple control. <P>SOLUTION: Light is sent toward a passing light reflecting part 12 for data, and reflected light is received. Light is sent toward a passing light reflecting part 13 for destination, and reflected light is received. Sending of light is controlled in response to the number of times light is received by the light reflecting part 13 for destination between receiving light by a front side light reflecting part 12 for data and receiving light by a rear side light reflecting part 12 for data. When carrying out course change, light is sent toward a light receiving part 15 for traveling, the light receiving part 15 for traveling receives the light, and a control signal is sent for carrying out course change of a moving means to change the course of the conveyance vehicle.
