MOLD ASSEMBLY FOR INJECTION BLOW MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an air leak in a blow mold by forming the shape of the external profile coming into contact with a mold of a lip mold to an injection mold and a blow mold distinguishably and providing the mold closing surface corresponding to the shape to the injection mold and the blow mold. SOLUTION: The mold assembly is constituted so that the upper part 11a of the external profile coming into contact with the mold of a lip mold 11 is formed so as to have a tapered surface, while the lower end part 11b thereof is formed so as to have a perpendicular surface, and the upper and lower parts of the lip mold fitting surfaces of the injection mold 12 and the blow mold 13 are formed into the tapered surface and the perpendicular surface corresponding to the external profile of the lip mold 11. The lip mold 11 and the injection mold 12 are clamped together by the tapered surface of the upper part 11a, and the lip mold 11 and the blow mold 13 are clamped together by the perpendicular surface of the lower end part 11b.
