PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe an observation area over a wider range in a system for collecting observation data observed by observation devices arranged in two or more places to a center by a wireless means. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a repeater 11 for performing time-divided reception of observation data transmitted from respective observation devices 10 which communicate with each other, temporarily storing the received data, and then transmitting the data to an integration device 12. The integration device 12 performs communication with the repeater 11 and a monitoring device 13 in a center in accordance with respective prescribed schedules and transmits the observation data transmitted from the repeater 11 to the center.
