PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film leader leading-out device of a simplified structure. SOLUTION: This film leader leading-out device is equipped with a 1st leader leading-out plate 4 which leads a leader out of a cartridge P containing an undeveloped film and is arranged on one side of a film conveyance surface, a 2nd leader leading-out plate 3 which is arranged on the other side of the conveyance surface, a driving mechanism which drives the 1st leader leading-out plate 4 from a standby position to an operation position, and a driving mechanism which drives the 2nd leader leading-out plate 3 from the standby position to the operation position. The 1st leader leading-out plate 4 has a main body operation part 4a at an attitude along the film conveyance surface at the standby position and when the 1st leader leading-out plate is driven from the standby position to the operation position, the main body operation part 4a is driven reversely to a film leading-out direction to be loaded in the cartridge gradually from the tip side; and the 2nd leader leading-out plate 3 has a main body part 3c at an attitude in a direction crossing the leading-out direction and a tip operation part 3b loaded to be loaded in the cartridge, and only the tip operation part 3b is loaded in the cartridge.
