PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing measuring instrument for measuring swings of trees, etc. affected by typhoon, mighty winds due to low atmospheric pressure, or strong winds blowing through tall buildings. SOLUTION: Respective component parts 50, 70, 80, 90, etc. are housed in a case 10. A circuit substrate 30 is mounted with a first reed switch 80 and fixed to the case 10. A first pendulum 50 with a magnet swings in a direction perpendicular to the substrate 30 while a second pendulum 55 with a magnet swings in a direction parallel to the substrate 30.
