PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household requisite for the purpose of arranging and keeping information for the ordinary family, preventing an aged person from forgetting things or a schoolchild from leaving something behind, or facilitating remembrance for study. SOLUTION: A groove is engraved in the outer circumference of an elliptic hoop, and paper clips are hung therefrom. A correspondence notebook, an advertisement, a circular notice and information on an event or others are arranged in sequence according to a schedule and the sheets already used are put in a storage box, while the paper clips are brought backward and reused. For the information put in the schedule newly and intermediately, an insertion opening in the upper part can be used. This provides convenience, since it is unnecessary to remove the information up to that time from the clips and since the information can be rearranged in the sequence for the purposes.
