TREATMENT OF DISORDER ASSOCIATED WITH LOW cGMP LEVELS BY ADMINISTERING TO SUBJECT IN NEED THEREOF EFFECTIVE AMOUNT OF PDE INHIBITOR AS PYRAZOLYL CONJUGATE COMPOUND

PURPOSE: A method of treating a disorder associated with low cGMP levels by administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a PDE inhibitor as a pyrazolyl conjugate compound is provided. The composition can be formulated into a capsule, gel or table. CONSTITUTION: Method for the treatment of a disorder associated with low cGMP levels includes administering an effective amount of a pyrazolyl conjugate compound having a pyrazolyl core, a first aryl group bonded to the 3-C position of the pyrazolyl core, and a second aryl group fused at the 4-C position and 5-C position of the pyrazolyl core to a subject in need thereof. The pyrazolyl compound is represented by the formula 1 and formulated into a pharmaceutical composition with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier prior to use in treating the disorder associated with low cGMP levels.
