<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus inexpensive with excellent durability without being affected by the manufacturing and assembling accuracy of the parts, the deformation thereof and the like while obtaining the accurate treatment effect stably by grasping the desired biomedical tissue under a uniform force for evenly heating the whole thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The first and second grip parts 7 and 8 are closed therebetween and when a blade part 17 of the first grip part 7 is pressed onto a contact surface 20 of an elastic body 19 of the second grip part 8, the elastic body 19 is elastically deformed under a pressing force as given by the pressing of the contact surface 20 with the blade part 17. At this point, the degree of the elastic deformation of the elastic material 19 is increased with a protruded part of the elastic material 19 to enhance the degree of the movement of the contact surface 20. Thus, the biomedical tissue is grasped by a uniform force from the hand side to the tip of the contact surface 20 between the blade part 17 of the first grip part 7 and the elastic body 19 of the second grip part 8 to evenly heat the whole of biomedical tissue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
