PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out unsealing with one hand, whether a packaged state is of laminated package or small packet package, without allowing medicine sealed therein to be dropped or scattered on the floor, and to encase the packaged medicine. SOLUTION: It is so constituted that a cuboid base is formed in an approximately recessed state having setting faces on both sides of the upper part thereof, with one of its sides corresponding to that of a lid being fixedly engaged with each other so that the lid can be opened or closed, the lid being of a square one with a size large enough to cover the upper part of the base, and furthermore, it is made possible that, at the portions where both setting surfaces of the base and the lid are put in contact, a cutting mechanism for the small packet packages is arranged on the one side while an extruding mechanism for laminated packages is arranged on the other side respectively for the time of closing the lid.
